The Work: A Calling to Clean
Cleaning homes is hard work, and it’s not for everyone. Cleaning is important, though, because every family is important. If you enjoy physical work, take pride in your ability to be helpful and detail-focused, and would love creating joy for local families, this might be the job for you.
We work weekdays–no second shifts or overnights here–and most of our team members work full time, though part time positions are sometimes available. We’re typically able to give you as many hours as you request. Weekend hours are available in some locations as an option for those who want them, but are never required.
The Castle Keepers House Cleaning team is made up of upbeat, helpful, hospitality-minded people who like what we do. It’s our goal to transform the task of cleaning into a profession. Sound interesting? Fill out the contact form on this page and get started today.
Team Leader: Learn to Lead
Cleaning Team Leaders help bring our brand of joy to customers by ensuring the quality of their team’s work and helping to train and motivate team members to succeed. You’ll gain supervisory training and experience in a positive, supportive atmosphere that challenges you to grow.
Castle Keepers House Cleaning Team Leaders have a unique and important role – they are the face of our company to both clients and team members. They are the core of our hard-working cleaning crews. Team Leaders are the main point of contact on-site for our clients, helping answer questions and respond to concerns and requests. They set the tone of the team – creating memorable client experiences, responding to challenges with a solution-focused attitude and fostering a supportive, helpful team environment. They also manage the logistics of the team’s day, keeping the team on track throughout the work day.
Team Leaders must be organized and dependable, driven to create memorable client experiences, and be open and willing to learn. We provide lots of training and support. A successful Team Leader brings an open mind and a willingness to learn and be challenged.
Team Member: Housekeeping Redefined
As a House Cleaning Technician, you’ll learn how to get our clients’ homes (and your own, of course) sparkling clean without using any harsh chemicals. You’ll also get the daily satisfaction of a job well done, and a daytime, weekday schedule.
Once you’re trained, you’ll never look at cleaning the same way again – and we mean that in a good way! Our House Cleaning Technicians can get a 3-bedroom home top-to-bottom clean in under 4 hours. How? Because we use professional tools, professional formulas and a tightly-honed cleaning methodology that works. You will learn how to clean homes efficiently, effectively, and safely.
House cleaning is hard work, for sure. But if you enjoy physical work, take pride in seeing immediate results, and are motivated to help others, this may be the job for you.
