Many people are making changes for safety reasons during the COVID-19 pandemic. Those who understand the risks better than anyone, including Dr. Anthony Fauci and Dr. Elizabeth Connick, recently spoke to the changes they have made in their lives in this article by the Washington Post. While they have made a number of changes in their lives one thing that they continue to do is have their home professionally cleaned.

When asked the question, ”Besides family, do you allow anyone else inside your home, such as cleaners or service people for repairs?” many of these health professionals responded, besides immediate family, house cleaners are the only other people allowed in their homes. Many precautions are taken for safety, though. Fauci says his cleaner wears a mask and gloves in the house, while Connick schedules her cleaning during times where she won’t be at the house. These professionals trust house cleaners to help protect them from germs and viruses that may invade their home, especially in the midst of a global pandemic.
