If you have a second home or a vacation-rental home in the Charleston area, you should not have to worry about whether it is taken care of when you are away. 

Why worry? Let us monitor and take care of your home in your absence and be sure your rental home is in great shape for guests.

We are the
local point of contact for you and your guests. We can help with any questions that you, your guests or your prospective guests might have. You also have the peace of mind of knowing we are checking on your home and are available to help when needed. If a problem arises for you or your guests, simply call us and we will tend to it promptly.

We provide all essential services using our staff. We will never outsource your cleaning, linens or inspections to outside contractors. Our associates must pass a drug screen, criminal-background check, MVR check and reference checks before becoming a member of our team.

Communication is critical to ensure your expectations are met and your guests have a pleasurable experience. Because we handle the cleaning, linens and inspections ourselves, no middle are men involved, reducing the chance of misunderstandings. Every client’s needs are documented in detail, you will always get a live person on the phone during normal business hours, and our client web portal makes it easy to manage many of your service needs from afar.

Services We Provide

We can take the worry out of arrival or departure preparedness for your second home or vacation-rental home. Castle Keepers has been meeting the special needs of vacation properties and absentee homeowners since 1994.

 Our staff can provide:

  • Arrival/departure cleanings
  • Pre-Arrival Cleanings
  • Spring Cleanings
  • Daily Maid Services

We also offer the following services for you or your guests:

  • Linens can be cleaned at our facility and run through our 4,000-pound flatwork press for professionally ironed sheets and pillow cases
  • Setup supplies, including soaps, detergents, liners and paper products
  • Key service
  • Hurricane preparation
  • Concierge service – including but not limited to grocery shopping, home inspections, laundry and dry-cleaning service, vehicle care and maintenance, and vehicle transportation to and from the airport – available to give you a competitive edge against other rental owners or reduce the hassles involved with having a second home
