Training:  Everybody Talks About It, We Do It!

The training process for all new hirees begins with a drug test.  All new associates are required to participate in our drug testing, refusal will mean termination of employment at Castle Keepers.  All drug tests are conducted at our North Charleston office. 

Once a new hiree has passed the drug testing, they will then begin their training with an orientation.  You will learn our company's history, policies, our standardized cleaning techniques, cleaning products, and our cleaning equipment. 

After orientation, and you have decided that Castle Keepers is the place for you, you will then start your field training.  You will spend time learning our cleaning and safety techniques, products, and equipment in our in-office training facility.  You will then complete your training by going out into the field and working with one of our professional cleaning teams.
